Proactive Solutions for Ongoing Maintenance 

Ongoing proactive maintenance for your computer network is crucial to longevity and optimum performance. We usually recommend a Proactive Maintenance Plan. Depending on the size of your company, our recommendations will be in proportion to your need and urgency. Our maintenance program is our initial checklist when we implement a proactive approach. During this time, we will go through a twenty step maintenance checklist on the server, as well as resolve any issues or questions that your staff may have. Minimizing downtime with as little frustration as possible may seem unattainable. However, this is an area where we excel. Mission Statement

KW Computer Services has a mission to provide our clients with network, web design and computer support services at a fair price. Our ongoing goal is to deliver not only the best customer service but also the most personalized customer service. We have recently taken a great interest in helping the environment, so our newest goal is to make our company more environmentally friendly. In addition to standard recycling and power conservation practices, we dispose of our old or unused computers through the proper computer disposal process. In an attempt to conserve gasoline, our technical team strives to troubleshoot any issues through remote access technology before traveling to a client’s site. In the next few years it is our goal to greatly expand our internet service division, stay close with our clients, and to continue our green business practices.
